How to know if patch SP1 is applied on client SP version ?

we try to find out :

How to know if patch SP1 is applied on client SP version ?

do you have url with build number of the client ?

Hi,

You can check the StoreGrid v3.1 SP1 build number in the 'About Us' link in the web console. The Build Number should be 3102010051312 if the client has been upgraded to 3.1 SP1.

In our installation, our build version shows as "3.1 [0]". We suspect this is causing issues with client backups as they seem to report that the server and client are different versions.

We are running 3.1 SP1 on Ubuntu 8.04.4 - SP1 was installed fromt he comandline.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this error?

Hi greig,

Please try installing the right 3.1 SP1 build available in your partner zone in the machine again. Then make sure you clear the browser cache and then check what build number it now shows. If you still have the issue, please send the screen shots of the 'About us' page in StoreGrid web console from the client and the backup server machines to our support team at storegrid-support AT vembu DOT com
