Good morning.

I have a quick question. I have a customer that performed a backup as a Trial Customer and it completed. I've created a new Customer Account for them, and would like to move the Client and associated Backups to their new account to avoid having to rerun the full backup. Is this possible, and if so how do I accomplish it?

Thank you for your help.

Hi,

If you are running StoreGrid version v2.5.1/v2.5.5 in the backup server, please refer the following doc on client migration to a different customer:
http://www.storegrid.net/help/255/serveronly/PageHelp/migrating-trial-customer-data.html

If you running StoreGrid v3.0 in your backup server, please refer:
