StoreGrid integrates with ConnectWise 2010 PSA

It is our constant endeavor to enhance the manageability and reporting ability of StoreGrid for Service Providers. To this cause, we have started aggressively working on integrating StoreGrid with third party IT automation and management tools.

We have now integrated StoreGrid SP Edition with ConnectWise 2010 PSA. With this integration, failed backup/restore jobs, server alerts from the backup server will be sent as a Service Ticket to ConnectWise PSA for easy monitoring. Please note: This builds should be installed afresh. If you would like to upgrade your existing backup server installation for ConnectWise integration, please contact our support team at storegrid-support AT vembu DOT com.

Please contact our support team (storegrid-support AT vembu DOT com) with the OS details where you are running the v3.2 backup server and if it is a generic or branded build. They will then forward it to the technical team to have your v3.2 server build ready with ConnectWise integration modules.
