Overview

This action is used for deleting reseller accounts from the Server which are no longer needed.

How to get here in the StoreGrid Web Console?
 n the top menu, select: "Server Admin->Reseller Management". Click on the "Delete Reseller" icon in the action column of the Reseller row.

Delete Reseller

This action provides the user with choice to retain the customers, clients and the backup data under the reseller or remove all customers, clients and the backup data under the reseller.

If you click the option 'Delete Reseller but retain customers, clients and data under the reseller', only the reseller will be deleted and the customers, clients and their data will be moved to 'Default Reseller' in Backup Server.

If you click the option 'Delete Reseller, customers, clients and data under the reseller', then the reseller, the customers, the clients and their backup data will be permanently deleted from the Backup Server.

NOTE: Default Reseller cannot be deleted.

Please note that if any one of the reseller's backup is active, then you cannot delete the reseller. When a reseller is not deleted, you can see the reason why the reseller could not be deleted in Server Server Side Deleted Backup Reports present in the reseller row.

Cancel button will take you to the 'Server Admin -> Reseller Management' page.
